Delete your Visa Port account

Visa Port is operated by Al Mograbi Travel Consultancy SAL and Devign LLC. This page lets you request permanent deletion of your applicant account and the personal data associated with it, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play / Apple App Store requirements.

How to delete your account

Choose either option — both route to the same deletion process and complete within 14 days of receipt.

1. From inside the app

Open the Visa Port mobile app → Profile tab → Danger zone → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm.

2. By email

Send a deletion request to info@devignlb.com from the email address on your account. We reply within 14 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, phone number, and address
All visa applications and associated personal information
Uploaded documents (passport scans, photos, supporting files)
Chat messages with your agency and AI consultation history
Notifications, push tokens, and session tokens
Calendar events and appointments linked to your account

What is retained (and why)

Certain records must be kept to meet legal obligations in our jurisdiction:

Invoices and payment records — retained for 7 years per Lebanese corporate and tax law, with your personal identifiers removed (anonymised).
Fraud-prevention logs — retained up to 12 months, anonymised.
Encrypted backups — residual copies are overwritten within 90 days of the deletion request.
